About Us
ABOUT US
We offer a comprehensive range of legal services, as many others do, but with ‘old values with new ideas’.
You will see from the services, we offer that we are property and litigation specialists. The firm’s client base consists of small to large corporate companies, professionals, as well as vulnerable individuals seeking legal representation.
Our experienced personnel strive to deliver the best and highest standard of service. We take pride in preparing your case in a meticulous way. We work with you to achieve your desired result as soon as possible, in a positive, practical, pro-active and friendly way.
We try to guide our clients by offering them meaningful, cost-effective and commercial advice that helps our clients deal with their problem with the minimum stress and anxiety possible. Where there is acrimony or potential acrimony, we encourage our clients to try to resolve matters amicably, as litigation should always be used as a last resort. With most people, we find that they want to resolve matters amicably, but when they instruct us they have reached an impasse.
We also specialise in Wills Drafting and Probate.
We are committed to excellence when it comes to litigating our client’s case, considering each case on its own merits, with regular reviews at each stage and attention to detail.
COMPLAINTS

If you would like to make a formal complaint, including a complaint about any bill we have delivered to you, you should do so in writing addressed to the principal of this firm and ask for a copy of our complaints procedure.
We will consider your complaint carefully and respond promptly. There are time limits on making such a complaint, generally within six months of our written response to your complaint and within six years from the act/omission complained of or three years from when you should reasonably have known there was cause for complaint.
